August 12, 2024 – ALTO has released its 2024 ALTO Retail Store Safety Report. This comprehensive safety report leverages survey data to highlight how implementing ALTO’s retail safety solution effectively enhances employee safety perception.
From May to June 2024, ALTO conducted a comprehensive survey of 2,400+ retail store employees at ALTO Alliance locations across 40+ metropolitan areas in 28 states. The survey aimed to assess in-store employees’ perceptions of safety after 90 days of ALTO’s support and action plans.
The primary objective was to understand how ALTO’s support influenced the safety perceptions of retail in-store teams. The findings provide invaluable insights into the effectiveness of ALTO’s safety solutions and their impact on creating a safer retail environment.
